[Maybe some of that ought to sound a little off to Rita, but she thinks Estelle deserves some indulgence. So while she has no idea what a horoscope is supposed to be and doesn't care, neither does she really have a problem with her friend's plans. Maybe she'll just go say a quick hello.

But then, Rita's a cat today, so "hello" means coming over with a mew, tail raised happily.]

[Estelle may have been a little curious at some point and looked through horoscopes and studied up on what they were. Of course, she didn't quite believe them, but in a way, they were kind of fun to read! Naturally, she doesn't have a birthday that matches to this world, but somehow whatever her birthday is transcribed into February 28th, making her a Pisces, which was the horoscope she read for the day.

Oh, look! A kitty! She's going to kneel down attempt to pet it, because trying to get animals to like her is something she's still trying to do. But she can't spend too long attempting to pet it because she will he getting hungry soon!]

From what I have read, it's a somewhat like fortune telling based on your birthday.

[And that's all she's saying. Normally she would expand further to help those that don't quite understand something, but for today, he can go research it for himself. Though that doesn't stop her from giving him her signature, sweet smile.]

[If she knew what it was, Rita might realize that she doesn't really know what Estelle's birthday is--whether here or at home. It's something she never would've thought about, but now...

Now, she's too busy pausing in front of her friend and letting Estelle pet her. It feels surprisingly nice--really, there's nothing scary about Estelle! And she starts to purr, butting her head against her friend's knee.]

[Oh, she's so happy that this kitty is allowing her to per her! So cute, just so cute! One of the few things she's always wanted is happening today (aside from the one talking pony she pet on that strange day, but she never saw them again) so maybe Estelle will indulge in petting the kitty just a little. And she's purring too and asking for more attention!]

Oh, you're so cute! I'm so glad I finally get to pet one of our animals!

[Yep, Estelle has come to the conclusion that this cat is one of the house kitties!]

[ Even though he's a small dog today, Tyr still wanted go out. If there was one thing he couldn't do, it was stay in the apartment all day (especially with the cats acting like they owned it).

And he didn't see her broadcast today - what, with devices being hard to use without any fingers - so when he sees her, he has no reason to believe anything is wrong. He runs up to her, barking once to get her attention. ]

I believe that what it said was correct. I do need to indulge in myself everyone once in a while considering that I'm constantly concerned about others. They will be fine without my help, I believe.

[Yum, lunch was good, but it will be a little while for that massage she scheduled, so she is wandering around the city getting lost in her own thoughts and maybe looking through a few book stores and buying books. Hearing the bark, she turns her head and looks straight at the dog!

She had good luck with that kitty today, maybe the dog will allow her to pet him too! So with that, she runs up to him, kneels down and then holds her hand out in an attempt to pet him.]

[ Aww, she's coming to meet him. Maybe he should act like a dog for her, he thinks, just so she can say she's not totally hated by them.

He stops for her and sits on the ground, tail wagging a little, and lifts his head for her to touch him. If she does something weird, he's out of there, though. ]

[Nooo, she's not a house kitty-! But she can't really express this in any way but a little meow, and Estelle's petting feels too nice to get really upset. More happy purring!]

[She may have fought otherwise. Today is all about her, not about ANYONE else. Nope, not healing a single injured person today!]

[The dog isn't running away! This is a very good start as she moves in to gently place her hand on his head, especially at that signal that he would allow her to! After a moment, she gently strokes his head, as she giggles just a little.]

I'm so happy you're allowing me to pet you!

[This may just be the happiest day of her life!]

[And Estelle interprets that meow as a yes, because it doesn't seem to be a stray, and only silly people would think one of their friends turned into an animal.

So she's just going to continue to gently pet her.]

Wouldn’t everyone agree? Taking a break from things now and then is necessary.

More importantly, though, Estelle's really happy! And Rita's embarrassment is short-lived as she pushes her head against Estelle's hand and brushes against her legs.]

[ He's glad he's making her happy! Even if it's by acting like a dog... He smiles in a dog-like way and doesn't try to say anything. It feels weird to have someone stroke his head, but since it means a lot to her, he'll let her do it. ]

Maybe a break is all I need right now. Spend an entire day reading a book without any sort of distractions, yes that sounds wonderful.

[Even though she did spend the first eighteen years of her life being allowed to read books without distractions. But, honestly it's been a little while, especially since her arrival to the City.]

Feeling the kitty brush against her legs, she can't help but let out a giggle. This is definitely a first for her, and she's going to enjoy the feeling of an animal actually loving on her for once!]

[Estelle is going to continue the action of gently petting the dog's head. This is just something she is going to indulge in for the time being. After all, that horoscope said to indulge herself, and animals allowing her to pet them is one of the things she had always wanted to do, so she's just going to enjoy that, and ignore everyone else that might be passing by for the time being. If someone was trying to get her attention, too bad, she's enjoying this.]
